Job requirements General Worker solar panel technician

The job is to assemble and install solar energy systems on rooftops.

1. Able and willing to work abroad
2. Has no problem being away from home for extended periods of time
3. Probably a technical background in engineering, construction, construction industry
4. Unskilled labor
5. Probably some work experience
6. Speaks at least English and/or German and Russian
7. Has a proactive attitude
8. Has the ability to solve problems
9. Can analyze problems and situations
10. Can quickly generate solutions
11. Is not afraid of heights
12. Has no problems working independently
13. Has experience working with power tools
14. Has experience working outdoors
15. Has experience working on roofs
16. Has experience working in a team environment
17. Has a valid driver’s license
18. Has a valid license to operate cranes or is willing and able to obtain a manitou license
19. Has a health and safety certificate (VCA) or is able and willing to obtain one
20. Has no problem with a six-day work week
21. Has experience reading construction drawings and diagrams
22. Has experience reading electrical drawings and schematics
23. Is not addicted to drugs, alcohol, gambling or other issues
